Proposed Update to VRHS Bylaws

The Valley River Humane Society will present a proposed bylaw change at the VRHS annual meeting to be held end of June (date and location TBA) for a vote by those present.

Please review and be prepared to vote on the bylaw change at the VRHS annual meeting. You must be present to vote; no remote votes will be accepted.
